From initial contact
through order execution to delivery
and management reporting, Global Options

multimodal distribution and regularly
coordinate thousands of UK, European
and transatlantic timed deliveries
within a 12 hour deadline.
In order to plan
the logistic parameters for a new
project, we would engage with you
at an early stage to define requirements,
timelines, destinations and quantities.
This could take place either at the
client’s premises or within
the Client Project Room at Global
Options’ offices. Once the distribution
list is finalised, all airway bills,
dockets and labels are prepared by
Global Options, and the consignment
collection date is agreed. Corporate
branded and professional packaging
options are available on request,
after which the consignments are dispatched
to their respective destinations using
the next available flight or direct
drive route, as appropriate.
Global Options’
network of international agents is
notified at every stage of the project
with updated departure, transit and
expected arrival times. For example,
for every flight departure we will
confirm uplift of our client’s
consignment with the airline, and
track subsequent transit and acceptance
timings against the project plan.
Any unexpected delay, disruption or
undeliverable shipment is immediately
emailed to the client. Global Options’
agents will make every effort to resolve
the issue or, if an incorrect address
or contact name has been specified,
to locate the intended delivery target
and update the client’s distribution
data accordingly. Final proof of delivery
(POD) is then entered onto our system
and automatically emailed to the client.

to the best of our ability.
