The Stock Control
and Inventory Management service enables
our clients to benefit from access
to Global Options' own secure bonded
warehouse facilities located on the
Heathrow Perimeter. Provided as a
managed service, client goods can
be received, held and distributed
according to need by Global Options'
logistics department, with the ongoing
stock and inventory quantities recorded
and made available online.
For example,
all goods arriving at the Global Options
warehouse will be digitally scanned
and barcoded. This data is passed
to the client, who can then view their
current inventory online, create an
order for specific quantities to be
taken off stock and added to the next
delivery run, and subsequently see
their stock levels adjusted accordingly.
Access to
the Global Options warehouse is rigorously
controlled, and protected by multi-tier
security including 24 hour patrolled
security, CCTV, ADT Red Care alarm
systems, infrared surveillance, intruder
detection and keypad door codes to
all areas.
